Shipping

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend contacting us, here. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

We are currently not set up for exchanges. However, we are more than happy to issue a refund within 30 days of your purchase. We want to make our returns process as seamless as possible! To returm your item, click here for the return process and we will send you a return label asap. Please drop the package off at your local UPS location. Once received, we’ll be more than happy to issue a full refund for all the items we’ve received. We will email you a refund notification once this has been processed. Once processed, please allow between 2-4 business days for the refund to reflect onto your original form of payment. If you have an order shipping internationally, please contact us here.

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, unfortunately no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items. If you do not meet the free shipping threshold, contact us and we will be sure to waive shipping!

You may be able to change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service here. Typically, you can only do this within 24 hours of placing your order because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address.

Shipping estimates are provided by UPS and USPS. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Please conact us here for more information about an order that seems to be delayed. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Returns

If you are not happy, we're not happy, so if you aren't loving your new gear, and your purchase was made within 30 days, you can return it. If our product doesn't perform for you, we'll take it back. For more details, check out our return policy here.

We are happy to return gifted items purchased online for store credit. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with the original tags attached. Please reach contact us here with the Order Number of the original purchaser if you’d like to initiate a return.

Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item and as soon and it comes back in stock, you will be the first to know.

Unfortunatley, MEAS Active does not offer price matching or adjustments at this time.
