RETURNS + EXCHANGES

You can easily make a return within 30 days of purchase. Product must be unworn and unwashed. Returns are free and can be done by mail. Keep in mind, gift cards, and gear from our "Sale" or "Clearance" section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To start return, click here.

We currently are not setup to make exchanges, however you can click here to start the return process of an item and then re-order the correct item you need. For further assistance, please reach out to us here.

All items marked "Sale" or "Clearance" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. MEASactive.com does not accept returns for third-party retailers.

Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to the other original payment. Pleas keep in mind, Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
